At Bla Bli Blu, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging and are unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the beauty items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent any damage to the delicate formulas during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
